Terms OF SERVIce

How I work:

Once I receive payment I will begin on your sketch as soon as possible. At any point during the commission process, you can ask to see the work in progress (WIP). After the sketch is finished any large additions or changes requested will not be accepted. After the commission is finished you will receive a watermarked image, you can ask for an unwatermarked version. If you do not want me posting or using your commission please tell me. You can edit or repost the finished commission for personal use with credit.

Payment:

I only accept payments through PayPal and can refuse service. I take commission payment upfront and in full. We can discuss if another method is needed.

References:

If possible please provide a clear reference sheet. I also accept some other forms of references (other drawings of the character, detailed descriptions in writing, images, color palettes, etc.). If possible please provide reference images of poses (I'll accept drawings too!). I will tell you If I am unable to work from a certain reference.

Deadlines:

I will not work with strict deadlines due to real-life factors and school. I can give a general date as to when the commission might be finished. However, If you would like something completed by a certain time please tell me and it can be discussed. I will try to be as flexible as possible.

Refunds:

There are no refunds for finished commissions. If you are not satisfied with the sketch or need a refund after the sketch is finished I can offer a refund for half of the original commission price or fix anything that you would like to be redone. If I am unable to continue the work refunds will be given. If I become uncomfortable with the commissioning process or communication I can refund a commissioner without explanation.

The ping list is a list on Trello that I use when announcing I’m opening commissions. Contact me through twitter or telegram if you want to be tagged on twitter when I open up my commissions.
